Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians in Washington, DC to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends. The role requires LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD and a DC license, with at least 10 sessions weekly and 15 hours availability.

We support you with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus paid orientation and training. Build a full caseload within 90 days, with a flexible schedule seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and based in Washington, DC.
• Available for at least 15 hours weekly across 10+ sessions.
• Open to couples and child clients; comfortable with telehealth.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Proficient with modern clinical technology and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions in evenings and on weekends.
• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to support client outcomes.
• Utilize telehealth tools and EHR for scheduling and notes.
