Responsibilities

• Lead and act in a manner consistent with our Mission, Vision & Values.
• Prepare and cook menu items, dough, and prep to exact recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain organized stations; label, date, rotate (FIFO), and monitor hold times/temperatures.
• Follow sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness procedures; complete daily cleaning and side work tasks.
• Assist with receiving, checking counts/quality, and proper storage of product; report issues promptly.
• Support accurate order assembly, handoff, and warm guest interaction when needed.
• Communicate shortages, quality concerns, or equipment needs clearly to keep service flowing.
