Job summary

Del Webb Bayview in Parrish, FL is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Weekend/Evening Concierge to welcome guests, provide information, and support guest services within a busy, hospitality-focused property. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

You will promote resort facilities, assist with dining reservations, transportation, and special arrangements, and uphold safety and service standards as part of Troon’s worldwide team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.
• Ability to use internet.

Responsibilities

• Promotes resort facilities and area attractions.
• Serves as a local information source for guests.
• Provides information about events within the resort and surrounding area.
• Maintains brochure rack items in a clean, organized manner.
• Answers all incoming calls to the guest service desk.
• Assists guests with services such as dining reservations, transportation, and special arrangements.
