Job summary

The Wingate Collective LLC in Stratham, NH is seeking a Front Desk Client Care Specialist for evenings and Saturdays. This part-time role (~25 hours) will be based in our salon and spa, with in-person shifts during busy evenings and weekend days.

You will warmly welcome guests, manage bookings, and help guests choose services and promotions while keeping the front desk organized and efficient.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, front desk preferred.
• Polished communication and a welcoming demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with computers and new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at check-in and check-out with warmth.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments using booking system.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team by phone/email/text.
• Keep front desk tidy and welcoming for daily operations.
• Explain services, packages, and promotions to clients.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist housekeeping with laundry and tea prep to maintain Wingate ambiance.
