Job summary

The Township of Upper St Clair is seeking an Event Attendant for evening and weekend shifts to oversee guest services for renters and their guests. This role reports to the Facility Rental & Event Coordinator and supports set-up, sign-in, and on-site problem solving.

The position requires comfortable interaction with both children and adults, willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least age 16.
• Willing to be trained and certified to perform CPR and first aid.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Communicate to renters, guests and staff with professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy.
• Review room(s) for cleanliness and correct set-up and prepare check-in area.
• Register, check-in and check-out all guests at a function.
• Ensure function runs smoothly by checking with renters and guests and head lifeguard at scheduled intervals.
• Actively plan, set-up, lead and participate in Gym Party activities.
• Complete paperwork and file as appropriate.
