Appalachian Crossroads is seeking a Part-Time Day DSP to support adults with intellectual disabilities in the community setting. The role focuses on facilitating evening and weekend activities, ensuring safety and well-being while promoting inclusion and personal growth.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with patience and flexibility to adapt to participant needs. Prior caregiving experience is advantageous.
