Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• CRSS credential within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Responds in the community and on-site to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis as part of a two-person response team.
• Assists in de-escalation and coordinates with team members providing clinical intervention.
• Establishes rapport and provides engagement and case management to high-need clients.
