The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with incoming calls, and manage customer-related transactions. Required qualifications include a background in accounting or cashier work, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong organizational skills. Qualifications

• Ability to work 3pm-9pm Mon‑Thurs and Sunday 11am-5pm.
• Accounting/Cashier background required.
• Professional personal appearance required.

Responsabilités

• Meet and greet customers in the dealership.
• Answer and route incoming calls and take messages.
• Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries.
• Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department.
• Calculate the customer's bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
