Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Minnesota programs. You’ll help with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and community participation.

Shift: Monday/Tuesday 5:00 pm–9:00 pm and alternate Saturday/Sunday 11:00 am–7:00 pm. Pay is $16.00 per hour with full benefits for eligible employees, and a supportive supervisor network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills are important.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with complex needs.
