Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a caring caregiver to support individuals with developmental needs in a community setting. This part-time role covers Thursday and Friday 1pm-9pm and every other weekend 1pm-9pm, in Minnesota.

Earn $19.72 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth. You'll help participants with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, and goal attainment in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, while building meaningful relationships and promoting

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Good communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants work toward goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
