Responsibilities

• Ensures evening/weekend operations and campus functions run smoothly.
• Acts as person in charge of Campus Emergency Procedures during evening/weekend hours.
• Provides information about the college to faculty, staff, students and community partners.
• Facilitates evening events for college organizations or community groups.
• Schedules room assignments; distributes mail, keys, supplies, and class materials as needed.
• Answers inquiries and resolves problems regarding programs, services, events and classes.
• Liaisons for closed offices during off-hours.
• May create a monthly electronic campus newsletter.
