Job summary

Grand Lake Health/Premier Health North YMCA in Celina, OH is seeking a part-time Building Supervisor to oversee the building during evenings and weekends when staff are not present. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building during evenings and weekends when program staff are not on duty.
• Take the lead in emergency situations and respond quickly and appropriately.
• Provide information to members as needed.
• Inform program staff of problems arising in their areas and call for substitutes as needed.
• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members and guests.
• Guide new members to activities and areas of interest.
• Perform light maintenance duties as necessary.
• Communicate concerns or incidents to the direct supervisor for follow-up.
