Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and two years of responsible employment.
• Experience in Human Services or a related field preferred.
• Exceptions to qualifications may be made by the Executive Team member.

Responsibilities

• Active Participation: participate as an integral member of the treatment team and assist in identifying client strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
• Program Compliance: ensure adherence to all program expectations and rules, reporting behaviors to supervisors for effective interventions.
• Medication Policies: adhere to medication policies and collaborate with nursing staff to guarantee compliance.
• Admission/Orientation Assistance: assist in admission/orientation processes and collect vital signs when applicable.
• Client Education and Support: assist and educate clients in performing daily activities.
• Transportation Assistance: provide transportation support for clients as required.

Education
