Merakey is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Home and Community Division in Crafton, PA. Positions include evenings, overnights and weekends, with paid training and no experience required.

Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, meal prep, life skills, transportation, and medication support as trained. Complete documentation and logs daily.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Related experience is helpful.
• No experience required – paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
