Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a program in New Castle, DE. No experience required—paid training is provided. Schedule: Thursday and Friday 3p-11p, Saturday 11a-11p. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance and support to individuals to promote independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living under supervision of the House Manager.
• Foster a caring, mentoring environment and help residents achieve their goals.
