Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals to join our Home and Community Division in Crafton, PA. No prior experience required; paid training provided. We seek mission-driven, compassionate individuals to support adults with developmental and behavioral health needs.

Position offers evenings, overnights, and weekends with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. DailyPay and flexible schedules are among the benefits. Training and opportunities for career development are available.

Qualifications

• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• Age 18 or older.
• Related experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs
