Job summary

WasteFree in Dallas is seeking a part-time driver for evening trash collection. You will use your own pickup truck to collect household trash and recycling from multi-family communities, documenting conditions with our service app and reporting issues to the district manager.

The role offers hands-on training, bonus opportunities, and a pathway for growth, with shifts from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday. A smartphone, valid license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Own a pick-up truck and be willing to utilize it for trash collection.
Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
Have a smartphone with a data plan.
Currently employed full-time
Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching, and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Document the condition of dumpsters/compactors using our Service App.
Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned multi-family communities.
Document violations and unit numbers by taking photos and submitting them with your Work Log at the end of each shift.
Track and report any issues to your district manager.
