Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the PM shift at our CDC/Branch. This role leads the packing, loading, and inventory process, ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will supervise PIT operations, coordinate with maintenance, and uphold quality control standards while adhering to SOPs and OSHA requirements. A college degree or equivalent experience with forklift proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• PIT proficiency; reach truck, order picker, sit-down propane. Current certification a plus.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and small parts, ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals in English.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Verify and package product for shipping (shrink wrap, boxing, labeling).
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT).
• Unload materials from trucks and move to warehouse storage.
• Complete daily logs for PIT operations.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
