Job summary

GritR Sports and Outdoors in North Richland Hills, TX, is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the evening shift to oversee Outbound and Inventory operations.

You will lead a diverse team, train new hires, maintain KPI reporting, ensure packing/shipping accuracy, and keep receiving docks clear nightly.

This full-time role includes a 90-day probation, day training period, and a starting wage of $21.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist evening Inventory and Outbound operations to meet daily objectives.
• Apply packing and shipping knowledge to streamline workflow.
• Maintain KPI reporting and performance metrics.
• Lead training and integration of new hires.
• Clear nightly clearance of Receiving Dock and Transit bins.
• Delegate workload for Outbound/Inventory teams.
