Job summary

Restaurant Depot is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee evening warehouse operations, ensuring efficient product flow and inventory accuracy.

You will support the Warehouse Manager across receiving, put-away, replenishment, and shipping while emphasizing safety, labor efficiency, and performance. A proactive, detail-oriented leader with high-volume warehouse experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, receiving, and shipping processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, order picking, and shipping.
• Ensure efficient workflow and proper labor allocation to meet productivity and throughput targets.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure timely movement of product and minimize bottlenecks.
• Support the execution of operational plans to meet service level and performance expectations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Track and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
