Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• Reach truck experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, quality checks, sorting, pallets, packing, loading, and shipment preparation.
• Follow directions and adapt priorities while working independently or in a team.
• Pick large items with equipment or small items on designated cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and other devices.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and perform housekeeping.
• Handle routine tasks and resolve problems.
• Attend associate meetings and report concerns to management.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE.
