Job summary

Staples, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate to join our West Coast operations. You may work in Bulk/Material Handling Equipment, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping roles, using forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and pallet jacks to move products up to 100 lbs.

The role emphasizes safety and efficiency. The schedule is 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday, with potential overtime and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to work additional hours for full-time role; overtime may be required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Capable of lifting 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to stand/walk 100% of the time.
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick/move product up to 100 lbs within the warehouse.
• Support warehouse areas: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping.
• Assist with unloading trucks and palletizing products.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
