BioZyme Inc. in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Sanitation Specialist - Stockyards to keep the back warehouse areas clean and orderly. The role requires adherence to HACCP and FAMI-QS, daily checklists, and safe operation of equipment.

You must be able to lift 50 lb, work evenings/overtime, and wear PPE as required. This full-time position offers a stable shift in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing and able to work evening hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Willing and able to wear the necessary PPE (e.g. hard hats, safety glasses, face shield, chemical suit, respirator, ear plugs, hearing protection, steel-toe boots).
• Physically able to lift and move 50lb. on a regular basis.

Responsabilités

• Follow and perform daily checklists and submit daily to the Safety and Sanitation Manager.
• Assist in checklist updates as required.
• Practice proper and safe use of all warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area by keeping tools and equipment in proper places and all materials off the floor of the area.
• Follow all standard operating procedures as well as requirements set by HACCP and FAMI-QS.
• Notify the Safety and Sanitation Manager of any mechanical or material issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
