McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Sanitation Teammate in Columbus, OH. Join a long‑standing, safety‑driven warehouse team dedicated to keeping facilities clean and compliant while supporting a nationwide distribution network.

This role offers a full-time schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 1:30pm-10:30pm) with comprehensive benefits starting after 60 days and opportunities for advancement in a culture focused on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• English reading/writing proficiency required for job tasks and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Vacuum and mop floors, empty trash, wipe surfaces, clean windows/walls.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; empty trash; sweep/mop floors; replenish supplies.
• Clean break rooms, entrances, locker areas; wash windows; mop floors; replenish supplies.
• Sweep/mop floors in DC/Transportation; clean dock plates; clean racks; put away pallets.
• Pick up/empty trash in Division Grounds; maintain walkways; cut grass; empty cigarette cans.
• Paint inside and outside of the facility.
• Other duties may be assigned.
