Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Receiver/Loader to unload and load trailers following SOPs, possibly using a Power Jack to move pallets. You will maintain a safe, efficient workspace and meet deadlines while supporting a positive team environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to read and identify colors, sizes, and SKU information. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt priorities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Lift operator certification may be required every three years.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load product following SOPs.
• May use electric Power Jack to move pallets and/or product.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards company, customers, and coworkers.
• Meet minimum standards, accuracy standards, and deadlines.
• Keep the work area safe, neat, and clean per safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
