Job summary

KLN Family Brands is hiring a Day Shift Inventory Control associate in Perham, MN. You will maintain physical inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, and support production by moving items to the lines. Responsibilities include counting, reconciliation, and distribution of materials to correct locations.

Candidates should have good attendance, basic math skills, and the ability to learn procedures quickly. Forklift operation and computer usage are required for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and operate forklift.
• Must be able to pass forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Move packaging inventory to production areas as needed.
• Record counts and reconcile inventory data.
• Run location reports and correct discrepancies.
• Assist in training production staff on procedures.
• Reconcile errors and manage inventory holds/releases.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and implement improvements.
