Job summary

Codale Electric Supply in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Picking) to join our distribution team. You will pick, pack, and prepare outings for shipment, coordinate shipping, and ensure accurate stock levels across receiving and inventory systems.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming goods, updating ERP-based inventories, and safely operating forklifts and related equipment. A strong emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with receiving software and inventory/ERP systems a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outings per customer orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Shipping coordination: Process labels and documents for shipments.
• Inspect incoming goods for defects and discrepancies, report issues.
• Update inventory systems and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Complete receiving logs and maintain inventory records.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Collaborate across receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain clean and organized receiving areas.
• Process returned items or defective goods and coordinate with vendors for replacements or credits.
