Job summary

Codale Electric Supply in Elko, NV is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. You will pick, pack and ship orders, inspect goods, update inventory, and help maintain a safe, organized receiving area.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic experience with receiving software or ERP systems. Forklift certification is a plus. Schedule is 7:00am–11:00am, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using receiving software and ERP systems (a plus).
• Able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: pick, pack and prepare shipments.
• Shipping coordination: process shipping labels and documents.
• Inspect incoming goods for defects or discrepancies.
• Update inventory in systems and labeling.
• Complete receiving logs and paperwork.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control.
• Maintain organized receiving area and safe workspace.
• Process returns and coordinate with vendors for replacements.
