Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, use of scanning devices, palletizing, forklift operation, and ensuring product quality. Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs and meet productivity goals while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Issue, receive, pick, and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Use scanning devices to pick and ship products.
• Maintain set work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
• Load product into delivery trucks and secure it to minimize damage.
• Check products and packaging for quality prior to shipping.
• Remove damaged products from inventory per procedures.
• Review orders for shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
