Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is hiring a warehouse associate to support multiple areas including Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, and Custodian. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and flexibility, with the potential to move across positions as needed.

It offers a pay-for-performance component and benefits for full- and part-time staff. Shifts run 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday–Friday, with a 22.25 USD hourly base plus a 1.00 USD shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic.
• Collaborative approach with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to follow safety procedures quickly.
• Ability to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperatures.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet daily goals.
• Restock shelves and prep work area safely.
• Select, pack totes, cut cases, and move product via conveyor.
• Perform custodial duties and maintain sanitation.
• May rotate among roles as needed.
