Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Staples World Class Supply Chain Team. The role includes four areas: order picking, restocking, bulk selecting, and custodial duties.

You may be moved between roles as needed while maintaining safety and accuracy. Expect a 4:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday shift with safety-first practices and opportunities to contribute to timely customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks.
• Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If hired as Full-Time, overtime may be required based on business need.
• Lift up to 70 pounds by hand and wear safety composite shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Order Picker: pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet daily goals.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves for the next shift.
• Bulk Selector: select product, pull, pack totes, and stock product.
• Custodian: clean and sanitize facility, mop floors, and remove trash while adhering to safety procedures.
