Job summary

Staples is hiring at our world-class Supply Chain facility in the United States to support daily order fulfillment and warehouse operations. Roles include Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, and Custodian, with flexibility to move between positions as needed.

We value accuracy, safety, and teamwork. You must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, wear safety shoes, and work in a fast-paced environment with seasonal temperature changes. 18+ and basic English skills required.

Qualifications

• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If hired as a Full-Time associate, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time; ability to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperatures.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Order Picker: pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep the work area for the next shift.
• Bulk Selector: select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases or stock product; move totes and cases onto a conveyor belt safely.
• Custodian: perform general cleaning and basic maintenance inside and outside the facility, including restrooms, carpet, floors, windows, and trash removal.
