Job summary

HP Hood in Concord, NH is seeking a diligent Utility Operator II to support warehouse operations, accurately picking, staging, loading, unloading, and transporting inventory in a fast-paced facility that adheres to SQF, DOT, OSHA, and safety standards. You will use voice/wireless headset systems, follow FIFO, perform vehicle checks, maintain clean work areas, and assist with yard movement.

The schedule is 5:30pm–2am, including Sundays and rotating days off, with overtime coverage during

Qualifications

• Excellent hand/foot-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Good basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral communication and human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately identify, select/pick, and send inventory using wireless headset.
• Stage, rotate, and load/unload product following FIFO and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work environments, including trucks and trailers.
• Operate vehicles and assist with yard movement per HP Hood procedures.
• Complete safety checks on vehicles and ensure proper loading and sealing of orders.
• Support coverage during vacations, holidays, and peak periods as needed.
