Job summary

HP Hood LLC. in Massachusetts seeks a committed Warehouse worker on the 2PM–10:30PM shift to support loading, picking, and staging finished products. Safety and efficiency are priorities in a fast-paced dairy environment.

You will operate powered industrial trucks, identify inventory for loading, and assist with packaging and shipment while maintaining accuracy and quality. High school diploma and forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience or training as forklift operator preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks using manual and powered equipment.
• Identify and stage inventory for loading based on load sheets.
• Pull stock from shelves and move loads up to 1000 lbs.
• Package and stage products to maintain production flow.
• Operate PITs (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move pallets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
