Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license or complete company-paid CDL training within 90 days of employment.
• Prior experience in transportation, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist salaried managers with day-to-day warehouse and operations.
• Perform hands-on tasks during peak periods and provide route coverage as needed.
• Support tracking, preparation, and maintenance of department reports.
• Promote compliance with safety, DOT, and company policies.
• Monitor activity, attendance, and productivity; report concerns to management.
