Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Associate at our Atlanta distribution center. You will support inbound/outbound activities, perform order picking, packing, and shipping, and operate a range of material handling equipment. This role requires adherence to SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 pounds, work overtime, and communicate effectively. You will join a team focused on efficient product flow, inventory control, and safe warehouse

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (PIT) preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice-picking experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and rotate into various areas of the warehouse.
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting hourly established performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing, pallet building, and shipment preparation.
• Pick large case items with equipment or small unit items and place on designated cart.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Drive material handling equipment as required (e.g., forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack).
• Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Work on routine assignments and communicate concerns to management.
• Perform all duties in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.
