Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to support receiving, storage, and shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will help manage inventory, align with supervisors on priorities, and forecast workloads to optimize labor utilization.

The role requires 4+ years of experience and a high school diploma or GED. Schedule is 7:00am–3:30pm on Monday–Friday, with benefits and competitive hourly pay based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs to assess inventory, submit orders, and audit warehouse operations.
• Directs workflows on the warehouse floor, including packing, unloading, shipping and delivery scheduling.
• Analyzes internal data and reports on productivity and efficiency to gauge performance.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors to align on priorities and objectives.
• Assists in inbound/outbound workload forecasting to optimize labor.
• Assists in inventory management, stocking and shipping when needed.
• Coach inbound team on procedures to ensure expectations are met.
• Conduct opening/closing activities for inbound operation.
• Lead processes and drive improvements to achieve better performance.
