Job summary

KLN Family Brands in Greenfield, MN is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3PM-1AM) to maintain organized finished goods, manage shipping/receiving, perform inventory counts, and operate forklifts. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, identifying inventory discrepancies, and contributing to efficiency improvements within the warehousing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or material handling environments.
• Ability to learn and follow procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to operate forklifts and assist in inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain finished products in an organized manner and properly stored in the warehouses.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and product movements accurately and on time.
• Rotate ingredients and packaging materials into their proper locations after receiving.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies when identified.
• Operate forklifts and transport trucks, and maintain certification and authorization to operate these vehicles.
• Operate shrink wrapper and related equipment as needed.
• Conduct physical and cycle counts as required.
• Support inventory control and identify efficiency improvements.
• Understand warehouse programs and systems.
• Report safety issues and accidents immediately.
