Job summary

RRD is hiring for a warehouse/materials handler on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–11:00pm). responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, feeding and stacking sheets, and securing items for transport. Overtime may be required on weekends. Salary ranges from the hourly base to overtime-enhanced pay, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehouse layout and item identification codes.
• Ability to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions.
• Familiarity with shrink-wrap equipment.
• Ability to complete stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and labeling forms.
• Uses hand tools for material handling tasks such as hammers, pliers, strapping and wrapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Feed, remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, signatures, labels or other in-process product.
• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Move materials into trucks and secure with strapping, bracing, or padding.
• Convey materials from storage or sites to designated areas using hand trucks or dollies.
• Record counts, weights, and material movement on production sheets.
• Attach labels to materials or mark information on containers.
• Stack or bundle materials using banding equipment and clinchers.
