Job summary

Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for the evening shift (3 PM – 11:30 PM) to lead warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will develop SOPs and GMPs, optimize material flow, and manage a collaborative team while ensuring product quality and on-time distribution.

Applicants should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse operations (pick/pack, shipping/receiving)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics
• Ability to develop SOPs and GMP documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required)
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in food manufacturing
