Job summary

columbiainternal is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and train a team in shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, and re-packing.

You will ensure proper product rotation, maintain safety and productivity, and communicate shifts and issues to supervisors. A minimum of 3 years warehouse experience and a high school diploma are required, with strong time management and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Minimum three years warehouse experience.
• Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train a team handling shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, and re-packing.
• Ensure product rotation during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking and returns.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Communicate with supervisors and provide feedback on shift activity, issues and logistics.
• Develop and maintain positive, cooperative relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values at all times.
