Job summary

Columbia Internal is seeking a warehouse supervisor to manage and train a team handling shipping, receiving, put-away, and related warehouse activities in Canby, Oregon. The role emphasizes maintaining safety and productivity while ensuring product rotation and accurate communication with supervisors.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in warehousing, strong time-management, and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED.
Minimum three (3) years warehouse experience, logistics or material handling preferred.
Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Oversee and train a team responsible for shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, re-packing and security of products.
Ensure product rotation during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking and returns per company standards.
Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards established by management.
Communicate with supervisors and provide feedback on shift activity, personnel issues, and logistical/system failures.
Develop and maintain positive, cooperative relationships with coworkers, supervisors and managers.
Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values at all times.
