Job summary

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, 2+ years in logistics with at least 1 year in leadership, a high school diploma, and strong communication, detail, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics role with at least 1 year in leadership.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or auditing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support warehouse associates in daily tasks.
• Assign and monitor work to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor product quality and report discrepancies or damages.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and returns.
• Ensure warehouse activities adhere to quality standards.
• Properly use and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
