Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or related experience.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and inventory tracking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple items and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits; reconcile variances.
• Enter and maintain inventory data in the WMS.
• Prepare documents such as receiving reports, shipping documents, and adjustments.
• Assist with receiving shipments; verify counts and inspect for damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse with proper labeling and storage.
• Identify inventory issues and propose process improvements.
• Perform audits of products and locations to resolve inconsistencies.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses for recurring issues and implement fixes.
• Support initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Trace and resolve discrepancies using system tools to ensure accuracy.
• Manage damaged goods process with proper disposition.
• Identify items under quality hold and document disposition.
• Execute inventory transfers to support production and fulfillment.
• Perform other warehouse tasks and operate equipment as required.
