Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk-I to manage day-to-day warehouse operations at our Culver City facility. The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and runs Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–12:30 PM. Primary duties include verifying slips, managing inventory, and supporting production with materials.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years of warehouse experience, and strong skills in Google Suite and MS Office. U.S.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably with electronic components.
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in a fast-paced office environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Verify packing slips against purchase orders and input data into the system.
• Collaborate with buyers to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Update and manage inspection logs; oversee inventory in the inspection area.
• Coordinate with buyers and production supervisor to issue materials for production.
• Retrieve accessories for orders, process returns to suppliers, and manage outside processes.
• Record inventory transactions promptly and accurately in the system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with weekly cycle counts and year-end counts.
• Keep a well-organized warehouse with clear bin labeling and FIFO practice.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
