Job summary

FedEx Group in Northbrook, IL is seeking a non-driving team member to move and load packages, documents, and supplies safely and efficiently. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and navigating in a noisy operations environment.

Shift times are evenings (Mon–Fri 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM) with eligible employee benefits including medical/dental options and education assistance. Training and safety standards will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level without assistance.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and squat for designated work hours.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders if required at location.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions if required at work location.
• Ability to communicate timely and effectively in a noisy operations environment.

• Provides movement of packages, documents, dangerous goods and/or supply support in a timely, safe and efficient manner through effective scan/load methods.
