Job summary

Lineage is hiring for a warehouse associate in Alabama. You will unwrap, sort, stack, and label products while following safety standards and company policies.

You will pack, seal, and label materials for storage or shipping and assist with loading and unloading. The role requires basic math, strong organization, ability to handle cold and dry storage environments, lifting up to 40 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in Country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) or dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C) with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg); weight may vary by facility.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for storing and/or shipping.
• Manually load and unload product on/off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Wrap pallets using a wrap machine.
• Document and report damages or issues to supervisor and follow corrective instructions.
• Operate manual pallet jack equipment.
• Clean and organize the warehouse at shift end.
