Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations on a Mon-Fri schedule. You will safely operate forklifts and EPJ, perform picking, packing, and loading tasks, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. On-site role in Illinois with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent relevant experience.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (forklift, EPJ).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment.
• Replenish inventory in storage bays and maintain correct product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
