Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Workflow Planner to maintain smooth product flow from vendors to customers. You will schedule orders, coordinate across systems, and ensure accurate documentation while prioritizing daily workloads to meet deadlines.

The role requires 0–2 years of relevant experience with RF equipment and WMS familiarity, plus basic computer skills. Located at Logistics Court with day shifts, the position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with materials handling and radio frequency equipment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
• Report, investigate, and correct shorts.
• Coordinate order processing across systems and personnel.
• Direct the flow of vessels between the yard and dock doors.
• Prioritize and monitor daily workload to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Maintain records for inbound and outbound deliveries; assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare outbound paperwork.
• Collaborate closely with customer service.
• Ensure complete and accurate information is passed to the next shift.
