Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Case Picker Associate in Frankfort, Indiana — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Position includes pay of $19.00 per hour with an additional $2.50 per hour on C Shift, and a schedule of Wednesday-Saturday 4:30 PM-3:00 AM. Join a team in a safe environment with state of the art equipment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet and exceed established GMP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
